REFUNDS —
As our products are 100% digital (access, contacts, supplier links), all sales are final. Once the information has been sent, the order is considered complete.
In accordance with current European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), the customer acknowledges that by confirming their order and immediately accessing the digital content, they waive their right of withdrawal.
However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction, and the quality of our suppliers speaks for itself.
A full refund may be granted only if the link provided after your order does not work at the time of delivery (inactive or inaccessible link). Any request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the link.
Finality of the sale
Once payment is confirmed and the digital product is made accessible, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted. We encourage customers to carefully review the product description before confirming their order.
Disputes and chargebacks
Any chargeback procedure initiated without a prior attempt at an amicable resolution may result in the suspension of access to the products and the referral of the case to our legal department.
